If you have not been to Garner State Park as of late, please do yourself a favor and treat yourself. The water is flowing like it used to and it is absolutely wonderful to see and experience again. The Frio River does have a casualty as of late. My camera fell in to the river and provided me with a story to tell. We all have one I suppose. Insurance is necessary.
